Baby Amara products are available via our official store and through verified platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and FirstCry.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Shipping Partners: Trusted logistics partners.
  • Tracking: Tracking details are shared via email or SMS after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Not currently available.

4. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of baby care products:

  • No Returns or Refunds are accepted once the product is delivered.
  • Damaged Orders: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Upon verification, we will send a replacement.
  • Opened Products: Not eligible for return or replacement.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Payment Gateway: Razorpay
  • No additional charges for COD.
  • No minimum or maximum order limits unless stated in promotions.

6. Account & Checkout

  • Customers must create an account to place an order.
  • Guest checkout is not supported.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

  • Our products are FDA Approved, Dermatologically Tested, and Cruelty-Free.
