1. Shipping Information

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delays may occur due to courier availability, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If your package is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll coordinate with the shipping partner.

2. Returns & Replacements

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of baby care products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once the order is delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at care@babyamara.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. No refunds will be issued.

Opened or Used Items

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products — even in cases of allergy or dissatisfaction — due to safety and hygiene standards.

3. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team immediately.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
