Thank you for shopping with Baby Amara. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of baby care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made through our website (www.babyamara.com) are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any product unless it arrives damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives in a damaged condition or the product is defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at care@babyamara.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- Short description of the issue
After verification, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued.
3. Opened or Used Products
We do not accept returns or provide replacements for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with - even in cases of allergic reactions or personal dissatisfaction.
4. Wrong Product Received
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify and send the correct item free of charge.
5. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped by contacting us immediately.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
